Do the following:

  1. Update Firefox to 16.0.2. Update Firefox to the latest release
  2. Uninstall Inbox and Crawler from your Control Panel. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Uninstall-or-change-a-program
  3. Reset Firefox Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
