How to close a forum question

Once I've received a complete answer to my question in Forum, how can I close the question and at the same time give a thanks to the expert?

You have confirmed that the given reply worked for you and you have marked the thread as solved.
That is all that you can do.

Not necessary but you can ask a moderator (lock it) close it if neccesary.
