I cannot download Firefox onto my laptop. Am I doing something wrong?
I have a Dell laptop that runs Windows 8. I am trying to download your browser but after it asks me if I will give permission for you guys to have access to my computer I click yes and it does nothing. Help please. Thanks!

Please do the following:
- Restart your pc.
- Wait 3 minutes.
- Double click on the downloaded setup (exe file).
- Wait 1 minute.
- Firefox will start installing.
Hi, sorry I did this and it will ask if I give permission and I say yes and wait a few mins and nothing...
Please try the following one by one, after each wait 1 minute before trying the next:
- Right click on set up exe file and click on Run as administrator.
- If you have any antivirus installed please disable it and then do the above.
If you fail again please provide the following information:
- System details from Control Panel-System and Security-System.
- URL of the page from which you downloaded Firefox.

Thank you very much for your help. If I had any Bitcoins I'd donate to you...do you have an Amazon Payments account? I hate to think you do this for free..no work should ever be free. Unless its for your parents. :)
From my experience I understand that this is a temporary glitch in your system.
Please provide the following information:
What is the size of your downloaded Firefox setup file?
Please try the following:
Download Firefox in a separate pc and then transfer that file using a usb drive to your laptop and then try to install.
