hello markirwing, norton always makes a compatible version of its toolbar available the same day as a new firefox is released. for firefox 27 you'd need the toolbar version 2014.6.5.1: http://community.norton.com/t5/Product-Update-Announcements/Firefox-27-Support-for-Norton-Toolbar/ba-p/1089863
