I can't figure out how to backup my bookmarks with the latest version of Firefox. When I go to your Q/A screen I get this: "Click the Bookmarks button Bookmarks-29 and select Show All Bookmarks to open the Library window. From the toolbar on the Library window, click Import and Backup and choose Export Bookmarks to HTML.."

When I select the Bookmarks button, I do not get an option to Show All Bookmarks.

Show All Bookmarks is way down at the bottom of that list. You can also get to it by pressing Ctrl+Shift+B

Once there, you can click the Import and Backup button and you'll find the options you're looking for.
