When I'm looking at a webpage in Firefox, I want to be able to invoke MS Word and have it come up with the content of the page so that I can edit it and save it locally.

Does it have to be MS Word? MS provides a web clipper, but for OneNote: https://www.onenote.com/Clipper/OneNote

There is also this extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/clip-to-onenote/

Okay, thanks. Looks like OneNote is the thing to use.
