More information; OS: Windows 8.11 x64 Enterprise VMware vCloud 5.1x Pop out windows appears but is stuck at "Connecting.."

I am having the same issue. A wireshark capture seems to indicate a breakdown in TLSv1 encryption issue - getting an "Alert(21)" message. The redirect to the console IP never occurs. The plugin works fine in IE on the same PC I have tried on multiple PC's, and my team mates have also tried, all with same result.
