Hello,
Please take a look at Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars for more information.
In short, click on the 3 horizontal bars at the top right, and in the customization screen that opens, drag the download button back onto your toolbar.
Hope that helps.
EDIT: Sorry, linked the wrong article at first

Hello CoryMH
When I click on the 3 horizontal bars it open but I don't see any download button. There is 10 options but none of them is for the download.
Thank you
Sorry I realize I wasn't clear in my post.
After clicking the three bars, click Customize in the menu that pops up (it should have the icon of a plus). That should open up the customization page, it will probably be in the "Additional Tools and Features" page that shows up.
That too doesn't work. Thanks anyway for your help, guess I have so many other bugs with FF, that I'll go back to chrome or IE.
Thank you
Sorry it didn't work for you. When I removed my Download button, it showed up in that customization screen as in the attached screenshot. If you have a lot of addons, you may have to scroll to see it as removed buttons go to the end of that list.
I know its a little more tedious, but you can also go to your download page in Tools > Downloads, or by pressing ctrl+J.
- if missing items are in the Customize palette then drag them back from the Customize window on the toolbar
- if you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the Customize palette then click the "Restore Defaults" button to restore the default toolbar setup
