Thunderbird changes email addresses, if I try to add a second name (on another line).

I enter a valid email address on the address line of a new message (the address is shown in red). If I hit enter and try to add another email address on another line and hit enter, Thunderbird changes the address to that of a group from my address book. This happens with each additional email address.

Is there a fix for this, or am I forever limited to sending emails to one person at a time?

It is a bug. I hear the fix is being tested and should be released soon. Whatever soon means. :)
