Yeah updated everything today and still not getting any sound :( normally pretty good with computers but can't figure this one out

hi, in a similar topic it turned out that adware was palying a part in this problem: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1045980 can you try the steps mentioned there as well?
