Open Terminal in Ubuntu which can be done by Ctrl + Alt + T

sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer in Terminal. When done close the terminal window and your browser.

sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer in Terminal. When done close the terminal window and your browser.
