When I booted up my computer today and opened Thunderbird I found several changes. ALL script in side bars has gone small. I have lost some buttons. I don't see a 'Tools' or a 'Help' in Thunderbird. How do I find out what version I have got, without a HELP button?

Press the alt key like you do in all software to show a hidden menu bar. Then select View-Toolbars and turn them back on.
