When I checked today to see if any plug ins needed to be updated, all plug ins were listed as unknown and under the Action column it has "?research". This has never happened before. Thanks for your help.

I might be the page is out of service.

Go to the web page. Once the page is loading, mouse to the address bar and Left click the icon. A window for displaying site information should come up. Now select Permissions. In the menu, find the plugins, and set all to Allow. This action will only effect that one site.

Then reload the page. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/
