Whenever I click on the Print icon to print out a page from the website, another screen pops up and it does not look the identical same, and also the print is smaller. It never used to do this.

The print icon on a website, or the print icon in Firefox?

Often a print icon in a web page will launch a new window with a simplified layout that is better suited to printing. This popup window may lack menus and toolbars, making it difficult to print. In that case, the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+p should still work.

If you like, there are settings you can change so that you can make sure popup windows have the access the menu bar (if you use it normally) and/or the main toolbar.

Would that be helpful, or is it a different problem?

It is the small icon on the top that looks like a printer. When I click on it to print, a new screen comes up and everything looks different. I did not know about the "CTRL P." I will give it a try.
