Every time I open Fire Fox I want to see Fire Fox with Icon only Multi-row book mark. Many time it opens with different Multi-row book marks. It is very irritating and I have to click forget history button to get my choice.

There may be a problem with Multirow Bookmarks Toolbar Plus add-on. Check with their support.
