My second computer has windows 7 and cannot completely load Thunderbird, I use two email accounts from the same server, One account works without a problem the second account wants a new password. What makes all this amusing is that my first computer which has Windows 10 has no problems. Both have the same settings. I removed Microsoft Essentials and installed McAfee with no improvement. At one time Thunderbird worked for years on this computer with Windows 7. What am I doing wrong?

FYI I solved my problem!!!

Two computers one was receiving all my email from two accounts (address) the second one was only receiving email from one address giving a reject password\user name. The problem was with the 1st computer it should have not received email from the both accounts. The server COX had two different passwords therefore I should not have received the email, After Cox assigned the same password to both accounts my email came barreling through. Just a little information for the notebook.

Cox made the comment they cannot find information for Thunderbird therefore they do not offer support.

Thank you
