When trying to listen to a radio station on-line, streaming is blocked if I have the remember history turned off. Any ideas why.

It does not throw an error message. it loads the page and then the page darkens. At this point it stops. I've updated adobe flash player to the latest available. This web page is the only one that does this. This web page requires me to enable "remember history" to work.
