I have Thunderbird on multiple devices (2 PCs,laptop, tablets& phone... it's frustrating to have to go into each one to clean up emails.. is there any way to sync so that if you delete emails off one device-it deletes off ALL???

I don't understand why you need to go into all unless you use POP3 with leave messages on server.

If you want to read from all you should use IMAP. There mails are kept on server and synced to the client. That means if you move a mail outside server (or delete) it will disappear from all other devices
