I would like Symantec to scan all of the urls i visit via firefox but it does not appear to be doing this.

Your Norton Toolbar extension is rather old and is disabled.

Extensions Norton Toolbar 2015.5.4.10 ......... (Inactive)


Check with Norton for an updated version of that extension, or run the Norton Live Update as many times as it takes to get that extension to get updated.
