I have an email with an attachment that I cannot delete by backspace delete, Pressing j for junk, or move to. Is there any other way to force an email to delet

An email from England with a .jpg attachment is stuck in my inbox. I have tried backspace delete, j to junk it, move to trash, move to another folder and nothing works. It slows down my email and computer tremendously. Any other way to force an email into oblivion?

Use webmail to login and try deleting it on server. Open thunderbird in offline mode and delete it with shift+delete. Compact your inbox.

Use webmail to login and try deleting it on server. Open thunderbird in offline mode and delete it with shift+delete. Compact your inbox.
