I used to be able to e-mail from the three lines at the right but no longer does that option appear on the list. Where did it go?

At the header there are three horizontal lines. When you click on it you get a drop down menu. There used to be an option to e-mail the page you were one. This option has disappeared from my listing. How do I get it back?
