If you are talking about:   3-bar menu > Add-ons > Plugins:
still looks the same to me.
But what does look different is;

They may have changed it to avoid overwhelming us with so many updates at the time,   by prioritizing them.

still looks the same to me.
But what does look different is;

They may have changed it to avoid overwhelming us with so many updates at the time,   by prioritizing them.

In about:addons > Plugins the hyperlink to the Plugin Check page was removed in Firefox 50. I have seen that asked about in a few support threads in other Firefox support fora.

To answer your question - https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ - looks the same in Firefox 50 as it does in all earlier versions.
