Firefox 50.0 (Ubuntu 16.04 LTS) incorreclty redirects me to my bank's mobile link (Chase) as if detecting my PC as a mobile device. How to fix it???
After logging in with my username / password credentials to my on-line banking, the browser redirects me as a mobile device from my PC. I called chase customer support and assured me that this is a browser issue because I was able to access the desktop chase website to log in. Also, I was able so successfully access the full desktop website only a few hours ago. I don't know what changed since then. Please help!

I do note repeated mention of mobile in your graphics section. However I do not see any preferences changes that may be involved with this. I do use Ubuntu 16.04 but quite possibly some of this issue is hardware related.
Is the site
I suppose it is worth trying once signed on editing the URL in the Firefox address bar removing the /online/digital/mobile-banking.html or whatever. (I do not know what the actual URL is you will see)
A more obvious potential solution is to clear the cache and Cookies for the site.
- The Keyboard Shortcut Ctrl+F5 will override any cached info
- These instructions explain how to : Clear cookies and site data in Firefox_delete-cookies-for-a-single-site
TAKE CARE only do any of this whist trying to view information not whilst making any transactions. Clearing cookies will sign almost certainly sign you out if you are logged in. So initially try it whilst not signed in, but you may need to be signed in to clear all the cookies. Only try any of this on a day when you need to do something important as you could temporarily lose access to the banking site and for instance need your password resetting.
Have you tried an alternative Browser such as Chromium ? If that works ok it does prove it is a Firefox issue.

Clearing the cache and cookies for the site worked for me.
Thank you so much John99.
