When I try exporting my address book as a csv file, it does not export the groups I have created and their associated names and email addresses. Is there a way to do this?

I've done a couple of simple tests to see how mailing lists can be exported and imported (with MFFAB).

Select an existing list, then right-click, MFFFAB/Export/as text (.thm). Then, select another address book, Tools/MFFAB/Actions for lists/Import list, and select the .thm file created above. The imported list will appear as a new list under the 2nd address book, and the list contacts will be added to the 2nd address book. So, this shows how mailing lists can be exported and imported as mailing lists.

But in your case, since all lists are under Collected Addresses, it's sufficient to copy history.mab from or into a profile folder to preserve the connection between the mailing lists and the CA address book. But if you export CA as a csv file, you must export the mailing lists as thm files if you ever need to re-import them.

You can export a mailing list the same way you do with an address book, i.e. select the list, then Tools/Export..., but it then becomes separated from the address book under which it was defined. To back up or save an address book with all its contacts and mailing lists, save the underlying .mab file from the profile folder, e.g. for Personal Address Book it is abook.mab. For other address books, it's better to use MoreFunctionsForAddressBook to export to .mab (or other) format. While it's possible to copy abook.mab or history.mab (Collected Addresses) directly into a profile, MFFAB is necessary to import other .mab files.

I have MoreFunctionsForAddressBook and used it to export the "Collected Addresses", where I have stored all my mailing lists. While the resulting csv file has all the names and emails that comprise all of my mailing lists, there is nothing in that file that indicates which emails are associated with which mailing lists. I can export each mailing list separately but that's sort of tedious. Is there any other option?
