Hi all, I've a problem about old mails.

Recently we closed our G Suite supscription and moved our mails to a web mail ( provided by our hosting company)

our old mails are deleted by thunderbird, when we changed the mail server address on the configuration screen.

this is incredible because there was no warning no error no info , suddenly all mails gone.

is there any way to recover?

thanks.

If you changed an existing IMAP account, that's exactly the expected behavior.

Do you still have access to the old account?

Do you have a backup of your Thunderbird profile with all your messages?
