My filter on sent messages repeats itself and won't stop until I cancel it
I receive email requests from potential customers for our services. I have configured about 50 HTML stationery templates, and when replying to a request, I just select the stationery file that best meets the request.
I would like my assistant to automatically receive a copy of all these replies, so in all my stationery templates I have included a text string (the letters "gyf").
The problem I have is that if someone writes to me, I reply with the template which contains "gyf" in the body, so the filter I have set up for sent messages automatically sends my assistant a copy. However, the filter repeats itself, also sending my assistant a copy of the copy I sent her. Unless I stop the filter, it just keeps reforwarding the same message to her.
I would be very grateful for your suggestions or any help you can offer.

how about adding an and clause that excludes your assistants email address.
