It looks to me that KLZ only supports Exchange ActiveSync accounts, not IMAP or POP, so you won't be able to set it up in TB unless the Exchange admin. enables IMAP and POP access. MS clients such as Outlook and some mobile email apps support EAS.

You might get more help of you say why you cannot add the second account. That way they to not have to start with Turn Your Computer On.
