My user has two accounts, one personal and one for our company's general email account, both active in the same Thunderbird client. Starting about 3 days ago the problem started happening. The issue is that he will delete junk emails from the general email account. He then goes and opens a known safe email from his personal account and one of two things will occur. The first is that the last deleted junk mail displays (although the header information shows the safe email information), or several of the past deleted junk emails will cycle through the window. If he re-clicks on the known safe email, then the safe email displays. This happens several times a day.

A Windows Defender scan shows no issues.

Any thoughts?
