Basically until they update their certificate might be out of luck. But as it says to contact them that is the best thing to do before we delete certificates or disable them.

I just updated the certificate today, it works for Chrome, why won't it work when I open my site in firefox? How can I contact someone at Firefox to tell me what they need or why they can't see it? Does it just take time? I literally updated the certificate an hour ago.

I also just tested it here: https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=www.pufftuff.net and it says everything is fine and active and should show up on all major browsers =( I don't know what to do.

apparently the ocsp server of your certificate authority isn't working properly and telling the browser that the cert would be revoked - you should raise that with the technical support of comodo...
