intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 please update, shows a year old. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81496/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600
You have Flash 27.0 r0 a security panic update has been released. Current Version is Flash Player Version: 27.0.0.183 https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>
Try : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-printing-problems-firefox and http://kb.mozillazine.org/Problems_printing_web_pages Note : Win10 can and will change your hardware drivers to Microsoft's https://www.howtogeek.com/302595/how-to-stop-windows-10-from-automatically-updating-hardware-drivers/
Please check in the Device Manager if it is running the proper drivers it is suppose to be running. Other thing if was a plug and play for Win10 is ok. But if used a cd to install drivers then please go to the companies website and lookup make/model as there will be newer drivers than what was on the cd when you installed it. There is also sometimes Firmware depending on the printer that you would have to run to flash the printer.
Note : Firefox 57 Quantum release date Nov 14th https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/quantum/ Note : Legacy Extensions will be disabled and or removed.
