After I allow a webpage to send me browser push notifications I want to customize the nature of those notifications. For example, I might want a different sound or no sound at all. Maybe I want it to be in a different corner of the screen or to not say what the specific alert is. Is there a place to customize the notifications. To be specific to my problem, I want to allow browser push notifications from google calendar and then I want to mute them. Thanks.

You would have to bring up each site you have allowed and modify with what is available in the control panel and it is possible can do something with this Extension : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/notification-sound/
