Each time Firefox is opened, it asks to install a helper to update to latest version. I allow this and Firefox opens. All seems to work fine. If I close Firefox and open again the same day, or even the next day, it again asks to install helper to update. This will do this the next 5 or 6 times Firefox is opened. If I select to open "About Firefox", a window opens asking "Restart to update to latest version" ? I went to "Update History" and it shows update failed, or update pending. If I check for health report, it shows that I am on version 57.0.2. Why doe this repeatedly ask to update, and what is the latest version for IMac?

57.0.4 Something is corrupted. uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.4 with a Full Version Installer
