Help my system UI has stopped working, how do I fix my LG 7 Optimus?

After I put my phone in battery saver mode and quite mode, my System UI stopped working. Please help anyone!!!!

We are unable to help with general usage of Android.

If possible try rebooting your phone. If this does not help contact the shop or company you purchased the mobile phone from.
