I've downloaded and installed latest version still is a problem. Downloaded instructions and am stuck because I can't find the installation folder to delete it. Running windows 7 home premium.

The installer should be in the download folder, or wherever you put it. There is no need to remove it to run Firefox.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? Error messages?
