When I visit the Mozilla Support website (or any other website) in order to sign in using my credentials, RoboForm pops-up and allows me to click on a button in order to fill my credentials.

However, when I visit the Mozilla Support website using FireFox Quantum 60.0.2 (64-bit), RoboForm does not pop. Please note that when I visit the Mozilla Support website using any other browser (even Internet Explorer), RoboForm works as expected.

Another interesting fact is that RoboForm works equally well with FireFox Quantum 60.0.2 (64-bit) on any other website, except of course on the Mozilla Support website as I mentioned earlier.

I have not logged-in in Mozilla Support for some time, so I cannot tell how long this is happening.

I would be much obliged if you could lend a helping hand.

Regards, John

Separate Security Issue, please update your Flash 27.0 r0 Flash Player Version: 30.0.0.113 Current Version https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Since Mozilla is not the Developer of the Extension and it only effects this site please Roboforms website : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/roboform/ For the link to their homepage and their Support.

Hello Pkshadow and thank you very much for your reply.

I updated my Flash to 30.0.0.113 as per your suggestion.

I will re-post my issue to the mozilla addons site and will contact Siber Systems Inc.

Once again, thank you very much.

All the best, John
