will installing FF cause any problems with factory presets on S4 tablet and s9 android
brand new galaxy S9 and s4 tablet with factory settings, google I think. Will F.F. install cause any problems or disable any features that the factory default has on my devises. Will the F.F. install slow down my machine .

Not really, no. Unless you have an older device with a much smaller capacity, installing any app is likely to cause an issue, but that should not apply to the devices you mention.
The default settings should not change and you will have the option to set Firefox for Android as your default browser on your device.
