Just that. I've been saving copies of emails by exporting to pef format. Suddenly this option does not work anymore. If I try export to text then a location selection window pops up. But if I try export to pdf then nothing happens.

Confirmed, pdf export with ImportExportTools not working in TB 60.3.

ADD-ON ImportExportTools 3.3.0 was working in whatever version before TB 60.3. Previous version of ImportExportTools 3.2.4.1 is not compatible with anything above TB 52.

So the latest TB update rendered the ImportExportTools non-functional as far as pdf exporting. Thanks for the confirmation.
