When I am sending mail to other domain like Gmail they are receiving mails in spam folder

My mail server is GoDaddy and domain is hosted with bigrock when I am sending mail through web mail it's going to inbox but when sending with Mozilla Thunderbirds it's going for spam folder to the receiver mail Checked with bigrock and GoDaddy updated the mx record in dns server but still facing the same problem When We we created now user profile in Windows system and configure Mozilla Thunderbirds and configure the mails .it's going to inbox properly.but I can't change the user profile because other licenced software like zwcad etc get effected. So can some one help me out from this problem !
