As of now none of the addons or themes available can make firefox for android to have a complete dark theme (menus, address bar, preference page, etc). I think for a mobile device it's really important for such a feature, I can't stand the white background when I open firefox. Also, I noticed that the addon "Dark Backgroud and Light Text" does not work on mozilla sites (for both mobile and desktop), such as this. And that really sucks.

Hi

There is a way I know to do this, but it does not just change it for Firefox - it changes it for all apps on your device.

This article will walk you through how to greyscale your device. When this is done, read this article to invert the colours.

I have done this myself and the finished result is much easier (I find) on the eyes. Worth noting that when you take pictures with th devices camera, the savepictures will look a bit weird, but are saved in colour (and with the colours the right way round).

Thanks. Now that Firefox for Android is practically dead, that's the only way.
