Recipients of my emails receive random multiple question mark symbols in their messages. Why!
Lately, when we send our emails by "Thunderbird" the recipients receive random question mark symbols (which I did not type) in their messages. I cleaned up the keys of my keyboard( a vintage Microsoft unit). My keyboard is ok. When I send the same type of messages through my Gmail or another account, the above-noted question marks do not appear. I could change my email provider ,however I am looking for a less dramatic solution to the problem.

I believe that you have solved my annoying"question mark" problem and I am very pleased with the results. I would never have been able to fix this problem without your assistance. Thank you.
