I right click on the email when I would like to make a new folder under the Local Folder category and nothing happens except to show the account screen including "create calendar." Wouldn't it be nice to see create a "new folder" in that same circumstance? Nevertheless, I cannot make a new folder under the Local Folder category. If someone has an answer, please respond and thanks to anyone reading this problem and special thanks to the person who has the answer.

If you right-click Local Folders, you should see a context menu with New Folder... if you don't, there's something wrong with your right-click button, or possibly with the TB controls. Try also File/New/Folder... after selecting Local Folders. If that doesn't work, start in safe mode (hold Shift when you launch TB) and see if the context menu works properly.
