I'm having trouble downloading files on any site, but mostly on files attached to my Gmail account and Google Drive. Any possible solutions to this? Thanks.

Every time I try to download any files attached to my mails and from Google Drive, nothing happens. What is the cause of this problem and how can I fix it? I've been encountering this for some quite time now, and every time I encounter it I switch to Google Chrome and download the files from there; which, for me, is very tasking since I prefer to use this browser. So please, fix this issue.

Did you install the Firefox 69.0.3 update yet?

If not, use Help > About Firefox and the update check should be triggered.

Hello.

I already have Firefox version 69.0.3 and I still encounter this issue. I have the options check and opt-in for automatically install updates and use a background service to install updates, so I've never have my browser outdated.

Yeah, I was also facing this problem some times ago while I was working on a project https://cherrycrumble.com/ . After the latest update of firefox this issue resolved automatically.

Sorry, I have seen on other Firefox support fora where Win10 users reported that the "download" Bug was fixed with Firefox 69.0.3 .

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/69.0.3/releasenotes/

Fixed download errors for Windows 10 users with Parental Controls enabled (bug 1586228)

along with: Fixed Yahoo mail users being prompted to download files when clicking on emails (bug 1582848)

I also thought that if I've had my browser updated, the issue will be fixed, but it still persists. Other options I should try? Should I try uninstalling, then reinstalling?

I also have IDM Integration Module extension enabled, if this account for anything.

Thank you very much.
