I tried to troubleshoot on my iOS tech support but they only offered help on safari. They said they couldn’t help with Firefox.

Have you opened the app store on your phone and gone through the new iOS 13 way of making sure your apps are up-to-date. As of 2019-10-29, I have version 20 (16437) on my iPhone.

Hi

I just updated my iOS to 13.2. I tried that method but it shows Firefox is up to date. It’s version 20.0 16437. I have a iPad. Still it shows pop ups and ads that follow the screen as I scroll down or up. Do u think it’s virus or malware? Can u suggest a good app that can get rid of it? I have bitdefender central.

Could you share a url or screenshot? It does not sounds like a virus. It looks like you are simply visiting pages that make heavy use of advertisment.

Are you sure that the Tracking Protection is turned on? You can also try to increase the protection level to "Strict" which may block some ads.
