On a dual boot Windows 10 Firefox, and Linux Mint 19.3 Firefox, both v 73.01, are synced. Both profile folder names are the same. Is this a problem for sync?

Thanks. The hexadecimal string which would have made each unique were removed. They were both named "english". Since I posted, the names were changed to "english.w" and "english.l". This way if any anomalies in the settings, I know it's not because of the names. Thanks again, and so the issue is resolved.

Hi ineuw, Probably not. The actual profile names are different. Go to: 3-bar Menu -> Help -> Troubleshooting Information under Application Basics you will see Profile Folder to the right of that is the path with the actual Profile name which is used by Sync.
