I am running WIN10 operating system with a SSD Disc(C) for operating system and programs and Disc(D) for all user data. When I upgrade to 68.6 local folders are accessible initially. When I exit Thunderbird and then re-open Thunderbird I lose access to local folders. This has been happening since version 68 was released. Returning to 60.9 the local folders are accessible once more.

If you run 68, then in Tools/Account Settings select Local Folders in the left pane, then click Browse.. for Local directory, and select the Mail/Local Folders subfolder of the current profile (if there are multiple profile folders), do the Local Folders reappear after restart?
