In my mail Inbox & sent many mail are visible/stored in 3 to 12 copies resulting in space consumption and enlarged number of mails visible. Kindly suggest how to search all duplicate mails in "OFFLINE" folder and delete the copies of mails (leaving one of each mail only)? Looking forward to your comments/solutions.

You can use an add-on to remove duplicate messages. Go to Add-ons and search for duplicate.
