I'm using Firefox v79.0.5 on Android 10, and a browser behavior has apparently changed.

Used to be that if I opened a link that was active on a tab, that tab would become current.

Now, when I open a link, it always opens a new tab, so that I have 2 (or more) tabs displaying the same link.

Is there a control/setting I can use to restore the old behavior?

Thanks in advance.

Hi John

At present there is no option to change that, but this is something that we may look to include in a future update.

Still occurs in v84.1.4.

It's not a terribly complicated restoration of function I'm requesting, it's really fairly simple. Not sure what is causing the delay.

Do I need to school myself in Bugzilla to get help?
