I successfully created a new network calendar on the Windows version of Thunderbird (91.1.0) to sync with my iPhone calendar. How do I view that calendar? Is there a menu choice or right click list that allows me to switch between the Home and Network calendars?

I figured out the colour issue via the Config Editor.

My new question is: How do I change the default calendar? In the config editor I was able to change the Home calendar default option to false but I can't see how to add a new entry for the iCloud(Work) calendar default option to the config editor.

Thanks for your answer, Matt. I see I can change the colour of the Home calendar entries via the Edit/Calendar Properties menu but how do I change the colour of entries from the other calendar called iCloud(Work)? I am using TBSync but it doesn't seem to deal with colours.
