Can I search at amazon.co.uk when using @amazon search?
My browser used to search at amazon.co.uk when using the @amazon prefix. Now it always goes to amazon.com. Is there a way to change it to use the uk site like it used to?
I used to have the amazon search icon in my topsites and it was easy to search this way. Please advise. I'm on firefox 92.0, windows 10.

Great! I've been looking for this everywhere! Thank you so much.
I can't seem to be able to add the search icon in my new page's top sites. I removed the previous one as it was redirecting to amazon.com. I don't mean the ordinary amazon icon but the amazon-search one (has a magnifying glass on top), similar to the google one below. I tried editing browser.newtabpage.pinned, with various combinations, but can't find a way to do it, or if it is even feasible. I don't remember how I got it (and the google search icon) in the first place, on my new page/tab, but it was very useful.
Do you need more help?
I was trying to restore the amazon search icon. I only found this old article below, but the 3 dots are not there anymore. I wonder if there is another way.
I'm just giving it some time to see if there are any suggestions.
The 3 dots were changed to the 'hamburger' (3 horizontal lines) icon.
You can set a @xxx keyword to a specific search engine or bookmark to have it included in the list that opens if you type an '@'. Note that you can define/add a longer or shorter @keyword to built-in search engines by clicking in the keyword columns in "Settings -> Search".
As I've been searching of how to restore the search shortcut icon, I found all these different ways of searching that I was not aware of, that I don't think I will miss the shortcut. Best for me is type in the url bar the query and then shift+ the preferred search engine icon at the bottom of the drop down list.
Thanks for the tips. I think we can mark it as solved.
