When trying to access spectrun.net to watch TV on a Windows 10 PC I get the error: WLP-4005. I was previously able to access with no problem

What solved the problem was a refresh of Firefox installation.

I have already followed the suggested solutions indicated in this response, I have also contacted Spectrum technical support and worked with an agent to no avail. He suggested contacting the mozilla support team which I am doing.
